What do you get when you combine Sonny and Cher, a love of 80s electro-pop and some damn fine fashion sense? You get Lovers Electric.

Adelaide-born, Sydney-based couple Eden and David bonded over a mutual love of The Cure and synthesizers. Eden and David have known each other since they were seven years old. Both their families were involved in Adelaide’s arts and music community.

Their big break came when they supported Orchestral Manoeuvres in in the Dark in the UK, where they played to thousands of people every night. They are one of the finest pop acts to debut this year. Their debut album is Whatever You Want and it's full of 80s inspired pop gems, including their hit single Honey.
